Does a Natural Remedy for High Blood Pressure Exist?

If possible, there are a lot of people who would prefer not to take medication. They prefer herbs and natural medicines. Is there a natural remedy for high blood pressure? Among these is Hawthorn leaves. This comes in capsule form. It regulates the pumping activity of the heart. Just like any other medicine, make sure that you take the necessary dosage. Too much of anything can do the body harm.

Another natural remedy for high blood pressure is olive leaves. If you are pre-disposed to hypertension it will be wise to get a blood pressure monitor. Who are those inclined to high blood pressure? If you are over 40 years old, whether male or female, if you are of African-American lineage, or of any other ethnic group, and if you have a family history of hypertension, you should be on the look out.
